Hello, my name is John Wood and my nickname is Woody. I've lived most of my life in West orange, but currently reside in Bloomfield. I am fifty-eight years old and work part time for Kings Supermarket in Montclair. I have a strong social and moral conscience, which prompts most of my blogs. I have a desire to turn wrong into right and am always troubled to see poor treatment of human beings and animals. I create digital photography images which are mostly of a humorous nature and a play on words. My desire is to put a smile on the viewer's face, as today is such  a stressful world. If I can do that, then I have done something right.  My art has been on display in Livingston at the Circle Galleries for the Chamber of Commerce. It's also been displayed at the Oakside Cultural Center in Bloomfield and the Millburn Street Fair. I have experience as a social photographer with weddings and events and portaits, and am looking to further expand into that field. That is something I really enjoy.
