I went to Paul's Shoe Repair to get some shoes repaired. I was very displeased with their services. First they threw brand new shoes that I paid $100, like if it was a piece of old rag on the table. They never specified an exact date to pick up the shoes and on top of that when I went to pick them up they had the ticket on another shoe that was not mines. I stood there about 30 minutes telling them that it was not my shoes. They were so reluctant to give me my shoes even though I told them I will show you an online receipt showing that I paid for this shoe. Still he asked to describe the shoe. He had the odasity to ask if I paid for it, I told him it clearly states on the ticket that I did. Finally I was able to get my shoes. If I didn't need the shoe to be repaired by this week, I would of taken it somewhere else. The place is dingy, they are very unprofessional individuals and rude. Will never go again to them. It was such a disappointment for a paying customer to be treated in such a manner. We make their business and it is such ashame. One thing is for certain, they will not receive my business anymore.

Horrible, ridiculous service. I seriously wonder if there's some mental instability going on with this couple.
I took a bag there to be repaired. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes until Paul came out to help me - even tho he saw me come in right away, stood behind the shoe shelf wall and finished smoking. He came around to the front counter and didn't even respond to me when I said good morning. He looked at the bag, said he could fix it and rudely threw it aside as he went to get a ticket to write up the order. After he wrote up the red tag, I leaned over to show him another area that was under a flap and difficult to see and he yelled at me, literally yelled at me - "I know what I'm doing, I know what I'm doing! I been doing this for 30 years, I know what I'm doing!"
I couldn't believe it.
I left.
Quickly.
About 2 weeks later when I returned to pick up the job, it was so poorly done, it looked like something a 6 year old stitched together. I asked him about the quality of the work and told I wasn't happy with it and he went off the rails. I just paid my bill and took off out of that place like my life depended on it. Something really off with this man. I'd never go there again and cant recommend anyone else do so either.
