Fresh Air Fund Needs 200 Host Families

It's the last week to place the remaining 200 children. Can you help?

The Fresh Air Fund needs your help.

Although host families have been found 650 of the 850 children, there is just one week left for the Fund to place the remaining 200 children "with a loving host family for a Fresh Air experience that can change lives," writes Sara Wilson of the Fresh Air Fund.

Wilson recently reached out to Patch to thank us for helping to spread the word about the Fresh Air Fund's program to connect city kids and suburban and rural families for green summer fun — but she also urgently needs help to spread the word that more host families are needed.
