Three Bengals advanced to the State Meet of Champions in Track and Field this Wednesday in South Plainfield. Jeovan Santos unleashed a personal best 172’7” in the Javelin to place fifth in Group IV. Tonisha Beresford ran 57.60 in the 400 meter run finishing eighth to earn a wild card. Also achieving wild card status was Discus thrower Serhiy Kralka who placed seventh. Other athletes that competed in the Group IV meet but did not advance were the Boys 4X800 relay and Erin McFarlane in the 200 meter run.

The golf team wrapped up a successful season with a third place showing at the SEC Tournament.
