Bloomfield High School Athletics Update

The goings on with Bengal sports in March

The following comes via the Bloomfield High School Athletic Dept.

Boys Basketball thumped West Orange at home then went on the road and defeated #3 seed Montclair in a thriller before a packed house-then ventured to the silk city to best #2 seed and State #17 Paterson Eastside. Tonight the squad travels to Hackensack to face the #1 seeded Comets for the Sectional Championship at 7PM.

Girls Basketball defeated Livingston in the first round of the State Tourney. The Girls then went to Paterson Kennedy and lost a tough one to the Knights.

Wrestling competed at the Regions and although no Bengals advanced to Atlantic City all gave a good effort. Nate Garcia and Adam Wooten were the highest finishers in fourth place.
