Two Bloomfield Students Graduate From Fairfield University

Robert Avallone and Nicholas Rizzo of Bloomfield received Bachelor of Science degrees.

Fairfield University, a Jesuit university founded in 1942 in Fairfield, Connecticut, awarded 1,279 degrees at its 63rd Commencement on Sunday, May 19, 2013, during two ceremonies on campus, one in the morning for undergraduates, and one in the afternoon for those receiving graduate and doctorate degrees.

The following area residents received degrees:

Robert Avallone, a resident of Bloomfield, NJ, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University's Dolan School of Business.

Nicholas Rizzo, a resident of Bloomfield, NJ, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University's Dolan School of Business.
