Fertility Yoga – Gentle
This supportive class uses specific poses designed to create space, grounding and opening in the body to help to improve fertility. Students are also taught Pranayama (breathwork) and meditations specific to fertility. This class is geared more toward beginners and is recommended for any woman on her fertility journey who is in her last two weeks of her cycle (post-ovulation) and going through IVF, however all women can benefit from this class.
You will also receive inspirations emailed to you daily to help you on your fertility journey, as well as be added to our online support community if you would like.
