Gold From Your Garden: An Interactive Discussion about Gardening & Recipes.

Harvest is a fall word, but gardens in mid-summer are starting to yield a mouth-watering crop of good, ripe vegetables.  Even if you don’t garden, the farmer’s markets are full of tasty treats.  Come learn or share yours and your neighbor’s tips on how to prepare them, or perhaps preserve them for the winter months.    This program will be fun and interactive.  Bring your recipes and experiences and come with lots of ideas!  This program is good enough to eat and will hold you until the next harvest!

The Bloomfield Public Library is located at 90 Broad Street in Bloomfield.  For more information on this event or upcoming programs please call (973) 566-6200 x 502.
