Complimentary Fertility Yoga and Support Group

NJ Acupuncture Wellness & Fertility Center, Neighbor

NJ Acupuncture and Fertility Center is opening their doors for a Complimentary Fertility Yoga and Support Group on Wednesday July 11th, starting 6:45PM - 7:45PM (support group) and 8:00PM-9:15PM (yoga).

Our Yoga for Fertility class will leave you feeling relaxed, radiant, and revitalized. Patti Safian, MS, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist and the director of the NJ Acupuncture & Fertility Center. She is also an Anusara-inspired, certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience.

Our Fertility Support Group provides a safe friendly environment for you to share your thoughts feelings and offer encouragement. This is an easy way to meet other women going through the journey for fertility where friendships and support can be nourished. Laura Alper, MSW, LCSW is a therapist in private practice specializing in infertility and mind-body wellness for nearly 3 decades. She is a member of RESOLVE.
