"Back School" a Seminar on Back Pain

The Bloomfield Public Library is pleased to present “Back School,” a seminar about back pain, sponsored by the Kessler Rehabilitation Center at 2pm on Thursday, March 3, 2011 in the Conference Room.
It’s been a record setting winter of snowstorms and we’re all suffering back pain from all this shoveling. Go to back to school; to Back School! Learn how to protect your back from injury. Learn the proper way to lift and how posture and body mechanics can help!
