  • BOYS BASKETBALL CONTINUES TO ESTABLISH THEMSELVES AS A TEAM TO BE RECKONED WITH. THE BOYS' RECORD NOW STANDS AT A ROBUST 4-1. THE TEAM CAPTURED THE BENGAL HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT WITH WINS OVER DICKINSON OF JERSEY CITY AND LOCAL RIVAL MONTCLAIR. THE 60-42 VERDICT OVER THE MOUNTIES WAS DUE IN LARGE PART TO THE PLAY OF JALEEL JIMENEZ, WHO RECORDED A TRIPLE DOUBLE OF POINTS, ASSISTS AND STEALS. PRIOR TO THE TOURNEY THE SQUAD BLASTED WEST SIDE IN LEAGUE PLAY.
  • GIRLS BASKETBALL EARNED THEIR FIRST VICTORY OF THE SEASON UPENDING NORTH 13TH ST TECH. THEY CONTINUED THEIR WINNING WAYS BY DEFEATING BERGEN TECH 40-35 IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THE FAIR LAWN TOURNAMENT. THE GIRLS LOST THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME TO EMERSON HS AND NOW STAND AT 2-2 ON THE SEASON.

This week's question: In honor of Jaleel Jimenez’ triple double-what NBA legend once averaged a triple double for an entire season?
