Township Council to Swear in Appointed Board Members
Overview of government actions to be taken tonight.
The Bloomfield Township Council holds its regular meeting. At the meeting, the Council members will swear in new members for the Recycling Commission, Parking Authority Board, Historic District Review Board, Health Board Members and the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
While the above boards are volunteer positions, the Council will also be taking actions on salaried township employees tonight, with Council members voting on changes to Confidential Aides and Public Defenders.
In addition, the Council will read a proclamation recognizing Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week in Bloomfield.
