Mayor Booker, Broadway Performer & Hockey Legend to Headline at Gala Dinner for Democrat John Arvanites
MOUNTAIN LAKES – Newark Mayor Cory Booker, Broadway performer Betsy DiLellio and New Jersey Devils hockey legend Ken Daneyko will headline a gala dinner-fundraiser at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30th to honor
11th Congressional District candidate John Arvanites.
The event begins with a 6 p.m. reception for Arvanites at The Villa at Mountain Lakes, 90 U.S. Highway 46. State Sen. Richard Codey (D-27th) and Florham Park attorney Philip R. Sellinger will co-chair the 7 p.m. gala dinner. Tickets are $250.00 per person.
Arvanites, a certified public accountant and former of Mayor of Roseland, seeks to defeat nine-term Rep Rodney Frelinghuysen (R-11) in the Nov. 6th general election.

In addition to DiLello’s musical performances, featured guests will include keynote speaker Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Assemblywoman Mila Jasey (D-27th) along with Sen. Codey and Sellinger.
Daneyko, who won three Stanley Cup championships with the Devils between 1983-03 and is now a MSG-Plus Network hockey commentator, will sign autographs and be
available for photos.
