Bloomfield Dog Stranded in the Cold

Chanel was left out to brave the elements during icy cold and snow, ABC news reports. 

Authorities reportedly found the dog covered in fleas and digging holes into the snow to try to stay warm. Even after being stored in Bloomfield's shelter, Chanel's face was still marked by a prominent sore.
