Three Vehicles Carjacked Outside Bloomfield Restaurant

Thieves stole a BMW, Mercedes and Range Rover from valet at Bella Napoli.

Three luxury vehicles were stolen at gunpoint from the parking lot of Bella Napoli Restaurant on Saturday night, Bloomfield police said.

A parking attendant noticed a dark blue Porsche Cayenne SUV enter the lot of the Broad Street restaurant and then leave at about 8:15 p.m., police said. The SUV returned minutes later driven by a man wearing a mask and occupied by three male passengers, including one wearing a stocking over his face, police said.

When the valet attendant approached the vehicle, one of the passengers, described as a black man with shoulder-length dreadlocks, pointed a silver handgun at him and told the attendant not to say a word, police said.

A second passenger stepped out of the SUV with a black handgun and demanded the keys to a black Range Rover parked in the lot, police said. The attendant did not respond to the demand, so the robber went to the key lock box and took the keys to three vehicles, which the men drove off in, police said.
