Joan A. Lo Conte, 82, of Bloomfield

Joan A. Lo Conte, 82, of Bloomfield, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2013.  She was born in Newark and has lived in Bloomfield for the past 42 years. She worked as a secretary for RCA in Harrison.

Funeral  services will be conducted from  the Zarro Funeral Home, 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield, on Tuesday October 29, at 9:30 am followed by a Mass at 10:30 am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville.  The burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.    

Joan was the beloved wife of 61 years, to Leo Lo Conte; devoted son, Michael Lo Conte; son-in-law, Gus D’Amato; cherished grandchildren, Lisa D’Amato and Nicole and her husband, Augie Zamarra, she will be missed by her loving dog, Delilah.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Nancy D’Amato; mother, Mary Dorothy Samu; father Kenneth Perine; aand brother, Robert Perine.
