Brookdale Park Spring Spruce Up

On Saturday, May 14 the Brookdale Park Conservancy will be sprucing up Brookdale Park for the spring season.   Members of the community are invited to help plant the 400 annuals and perennials generously donated by the Bloomfield Home Depot.  The planting will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until everything is in the ground.  Join us at one of two locations in the park:  the Watchung Avenue entrance OR along the path at the lower edge of the dog park.  Please wear gardening apparel and bring gardening tools (shovels and gloves are most important).  If you would like more information on the BPC please visit www.brookdaleparkconservancy.org.
