Slide show of The Bamboo Shoot, the story of the 2nd Airbat Platoon

There will be a slide show and a reading from James Wollner's book titled The Bamboo Shoot, the story of the 2nd Airboat Platoon. This event is sponsored by the Bloomfield Cultural Commission.
The book presentation will be held at The Bloomfield Civic Center, at 2pm on Sunday, November 3rd. Refreshments will be served.
 The book tells  about Jim's experiences in Vietnam some 45 years ago. There will be a question and answer period along with a book signing and sales. All proceeds will be donated to The Bloomfield Cultural Commission.
