Education Reform: Common Core State Standards

Core State Standards
The Future of Education for Students: A Town Hall

Many families are wondering how Common Core will change the future of education.   How will implementation of the Common Core State Standards directly impact children? How can we help our children be successful through the implementation process of a large program that changes everything?  What is all the controversy all about and what can we do to ensure our voices are heard? An information session for parents and community members will take place on May 13th at 7:30 pm at the Bauer Center in Taylor Park, 100 Main Street, Millburn.  The session is open to those in Millburn and the surrounding communities (street parking available).
