On July 3, 2012, NJ Developer Cary Heller filed this appeal after his lawsuit against Bloomfield Township was thrown out of the Superior Court of NJ on May 23. This court document was sent to Patch by Bill Colgan, Principal Developer of Metro Real Estate Development Corporation. Heller's case will next be heard in the Appellate Court of NJ. We both have over 8 years of experience working at larger rehab centers such as NYU Rusk rehab&nbsp;and Spaulding (MA).
