Bloomfield College Development Gets Green Light

The mixed-use building was approved by the Bloomfield Planning Board, according to Bloomfield Life.

The Planning Board approved the mixed-use development project on Tuesday, paving the way for the new building to be constructed at the intersection of Broad Street and Franklin Avenue, the paper wrote.

The development will house 234 students. It is expected to be completed by the fall of 2014, according to the paper.
