Community Update

I live in Bloomfield NJ on a private street called Brookdale Garden that has just recently started doing permit parking. All residents were advised they can only have one vehicle on the property. This tow company was hired to tow untagged vehicles and has made thousands in the last 2 months towing vehicles that did not have a permit. My concern came when I tried to complain to the tow company about an untagged car and to come tow it and the hot head manager "Joe" just got really defensive and went crazy on me like I'm asking him to do something ridiculous. I only asked him to do his job and tow any untagged car. I complained to the Board of Members of this complex and was also advised that Joe the manager is a bit of a loose cannon. Main reason they wont tow is because there is a relation between the untagged car owner and the tow company. This is unfair to the rest of the community of hundreds who legally park their car. Please call the tow company about this and you will see how aggressive they get and how angry they are. Don't give them your business unless you support shady criminals because that's how they act and represent themselves. They are E.C.R.B Towing & Recovery Bloomfield, NJ (973) 680-0097.
