American Properties Unveils New, End of Year Incentives At Its Luxury Community, Van Houten Manor in Passaic, N.J.

Passaic N.J. - American Properties, an award winning, family-owned, LEED Certified, New Jersey-focused home builder, has announced that it will pay closing costs for buyers that purchase townhouses or condominiums by December 31, 2013, at its luxury community, Van Houten Manor.  Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the sales center located at 410 Howe Avenue in Passaic, N.J., (use 447 Van Houten Avenue for GPS directions) and meet with a representative.   

Affordably priced, starting at the high $100’s, the condominium models feature two bedrooms and two baths and boast elegantly appointed foyers and common corridors. Townhome models, affordably priced from the mid $200’s, feature two and three bedroom with up to three full baths and one car garages for all models.  Buyers can choose from several floor plans, and quick delivery options are also available on select units.

Additionally, buyers that enter into a contract by December 31, 2013, are eligible to have closing costs of up to $10,000 on townhomes and up to $8,000 for condominiums covered. Buyers must use the seller’s preferred lender, Sun Home Bank. Van Houten Manor received approval from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) providing buyers the opportunity to put as little as 3.5% towards a home’s purchase price.
