Yankee GM Brian Cashman to Speak at Yogi Berra Seminar Saturday
The sports career seminar will also feature reps from the Giants, Jets, Nets, Devils, Red Bulls and other professional sports teams
On Saturday, June 25 New York Yankees Senior Vice President and General Manager Brian Cashman headlines a panel of sports executives who will visit the newly renovated Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center.
The Sports Business Conference - the first in a series of workshops to be presented by the Museum and Lunar Sports Group - is designed for high school and college students looking to find a road-map for success and gain insight into the world of professional sports.
Cashman, who started with the Yankees organization as an intern in 1986, has presided over the most storied franchise in American sports. During his tenure as GM, the Yankees have won six American League pennants, four World Series, set major-league attendance records.

The Sports Business Conference will run from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. In addition to Mr. Cashman, speakers representing the Giants, Jets, Nets, Devils, Red Bulls and other professional sports teams are scheduled to appear.
