WHY GO:  Verona resident Dr. Cristina Guarneri will be available to sign copies of her spellbinding book See No Evil .  Based on the characteristics of a person from New Providence, NJ; who was a past Regional Campaign Manager for Senator John McCain in 2008, See No Evil was written against the sweeping backdrop of timeless history of one man’s quest for freedom, having a secret that must be learned how to either live with or divulge.

WHERE:  Brookdale Christian Church, 1350 Broad St, Bloomfield
WHEN:  Sunday  2pm
WHY GO:  This ministry meets once a week on Sundays, from 2-4 P.M. in the white building.  This weekly meeting gathers to discuss things pertaining to spiritual life, growth, and biblical knowledge. It works to develop Christian community, overstepping denominational lines and backgrounds, and centering one's love for one another and relationships around Jesus Christ.

WHY GO:  "João Kouyoumdjian is one of the most extraordinary Brazilian guitarists of his generation. His interpretations always displayed refined sensibility and profound aesthetic meaning". A graduate of The Juilliard School and winner of the 2010 Souza Lima National Competition, João Kouyoumdjian has been touring in the USA, Brazil and Central America.

WHY GO:   Each show consists of a two-part runway fashion show, highlighting the historical American Girl characters and their unique stories as well as contemporary fashions.   At intermission, everyone is invited to an ice cream social in Engelhard Court.
