Thursday Afternoon at the Movies - CONTAGION

This thriller explores the threat posed by a contagious virus and the attempts by an international team of doctors and public health officials to identify and contain the disease.  Director Steven Soderbergh received cooperation from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure the film’s scientific accuracy. 

The ensemble cast includes Marion Cotillard, Matt Damon, Laurence Fishburne, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Winslet - 2011 – Color – 106 minutes – PG-13.
