Monday Movie at the Library -- "MISSING"

Based on the gripping true story of an American journalist, Charles Horman, (John Shea), who disappeared in the Chilean Coup of 1973. Jack Lemmon gives a shattering performance as the father searching for his son in chaotic Chile. Accompanied by his daughter-in-law (Sissy Spacek), Lemmon learns about a son he never really knew, as well as shocking information regarding his own country. Oscar nominations for Best Picture and acting nods for Lemmon and Spacek. Won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay. Lemmon won the Best Actor Award at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival - 2010 – Color - 122 minutes - PG.
