The Weekender: Festivities, Family Fun & Father's Day

Sports, crafts, cultural activities, music -- you name it, it's happening this weekend

It’s another great weekend to stay local, with enough fun destinations to satisfy the whole family.

The Blues Travelers are in town at the Wellmont and the 23rd Spring Arts and Crafts Fair is back at Brookdale Park.  There’s a Native American celebration at the Environmental Center and a crafty birthday party for all to enjoy.  Of course we have a few Father’s Day ideas, too, like a family bike ride and street festival.

And there’s loads more, so check our list below.  If we’ve left something out, don’t be shy, tell us in the comments section!
