Meet Sally and Aristocat

Bloomfield Animal Shelter hopes to find a home for these animals

Sally is a super new arrival at the John A. Bukowski Shelter for Animals. This adult Dalmatian/Labrador mix appears to be up-for-anything so we're certain she wouldn't mind getting adopted by a fire department! But a happy, loving family will do just as nicely. Nothing seems to bother this pleasantly plump, jovial girl which is another reason she might be good in a crisis. Though likely the only emergency she would prefer is running out of treats. We don't mean to alarm you but with a personality like this, it's likely Sally will be adopted in no time. So put on your coat and shoes on as fast as possible and hurry over to meet her!

When Aristocat saw Sally all ready for the fire truck, she wanted to get in on the action. She knew she fit the criteria - black and white and unflappable. So far her hook and ladder training seems to consist of perching on and jumping off the shelf in her cage. Don't be fooled by her name-  this young adult beauty is far from stuffy and loves being social. In fact you might say she is burning with a desire for attention. Can you be the one to rescue Aristocat from her cage at the John A. Bukowski Shelter and extinguish her loneliness?

Are you interested in adopting these animals? Call the shelter (61 Bukowski Pl., Bloomfield) at 973-748-0194 or drop by any day between 1 and 4 p.m. to arrange a meeting.
