Meet Babybell and Banjo

Bloomfield Animal Shelter hopes to find a home for these animals

Babybell is sick of winter so she's taking up indoor gardening. Under a year old, this delicate flower is part Devon Rex. She's timid but will befriend those who take their time getting acquainted. You might say she allows people to grow on her. Can you be the one to give her a change in scenery during this change of season? Come meet Babybell at the John A. Bukowski Shelter for Animals and watch her blossom before your very eyes!

Banjo needs no music to show off his talents. This sweet, small Maltese/Wheaten Terrier is happy to dance on his hind legs for anyone who asks. Seen here having completed a rain dance (it obviously worked!) this two year old loves attention but is in need of some confidence building. Don't save your love for a rainy day. Stand up on your own two feet and make your way to the John A. Bukowski Shelter for Animals. Can't you hear Banjo playing your song?

Are you interested in adopting these animals? Call the shelter (61 Bukowski Pl., Bloomfield) at 973-748-0194 or drop by any day between 1 and 4 p.m. to arrange a meeting.
