TALENTED CHEF GOES LOCAL: Chef Joshua Bernstein Appears at Ramsey Farmer’s Market
Get out of the kitchen and into the … Ramsey Farmer’s Market. Joshua Bernstein of Wayne, New Jersey, is a well-known chef who remains loyal to his local roots as well as his local produce, will be on-hand performing cooking demonstrations on Sundays: September 8 and 22; and October 13 and 27. Since April of 2012, he has served as chef at Spuntino Wine Bar and Italian Tapas in Clifton, NJ. “Chef Josh”, as he is affectionately known to diners, will be cooking directly from produce he selects from farmers who are showcasing their homegrown vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplant, kale, squashes, corn and other items that strike his fancy for their quality and freshness.
The Ramsey Farmer’s Market is an outdoor market, open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine through November 24, 2013.
