Easy to follow choreography with low impact yet intensity to make you sweat and feel like you are dancing at a club.

ALL AGES welcomed, just bring a towel and bottled water. If you have Zumba toning sticks bring them or you can purchase them from me. I incorporate a few songs but you need not use the toning sticks you will still get a great workout!

The Afro Brazilian Cultural Center of New Jersey hosts various Brazilian arts classes. Located in the heart of Bloomfield, classes are offered in children's and adults' capoeira, Prana yoga, Zumba, West African dance and drumming, Samba, and Maculele.
