In this 2-hour ANTI-GRAVITY Flight School Workshop, the Professor of Flight, Raghunath, will teach you how to fly. In Flight School, advanced asanas are dissected, while experiments with variations and transitions are taught. No matter what level practitioner, you will catalyze your own dynamic signature practice, MELT YOUR FEAR, push your edge and REALIZE YOUR POTENTIAL.
