3. Support a good cause at the Bloomfield Presbyterian Church on the Green tonight from 5-7 p.m. The church will serve a full dinner at no cost to the needy. Dinners are served on the third Monday of every month.

4. It's comedy open mic night at Pianos Bar & Grill tonight starting at 8 p.m. Performers get $2 pints.

5. Because of the holiday, the weekly town council meeting is Tuesday night at 7:30 in town hall.
