Snow is expected to start in the morning around 9 a.m. while temperatures remain below freezing. As the day warms up around noon, the snow will become a wintry mix and eventually rain. The high for the day will reach 36 F. 

Showers will most likely continue into the early evening while the temperature remains around 33 F.
