Michael Raimo Remembered

Michael Raimo lived his entire life in the city of Newark and served in the United States Army throughout his life.

He was involved in various, successful business ventures in Real Estate, including the Jon Bon Jovi Affordable Housing Project for HIV/AIDS Patients.

Mr. Raimo  was a successful restaurant owner of The Last Resort and the Fisherman, which was part of North Jersey's disco club, Creation in West Orange, also owned by him.

Mr. Raimo also helped in producing shows for various entertainers, including Bob Hope, and for the film industry, and also influencing Victoria-Furris Productions based in West Orange. He also created Michael Raimo productions.

Mr. Raimo loved his country, and was very much involved in North Jersey politics. He also served as campaign manager for many politicians, including the chief of staff to State Senator Anthony Imperiale.

He made everyone he knew a part of his big family, being the loving family man and friend he was. He was always there for those who loved him, and role model to countless people throughout the world, including Richie Martino and Peter Furris who will always remember him.
